AWSアカウントとamazon.comのアカウントは同じ?

AWSのアカウントはamazon.comのアカウントひもづいているみたい。
amazon.comにAWSのアカウントでsign inして(sign inしたあとはhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/css/homepage.htmlにいる)
PaymentのManage Payment Optionsからdeleteをする。
